Supporting a major acquisition in a conflict zone
One of the world's largest manufacturers tasked Tapis to acquire due diligence on a production facility in a rebel-held region. Tapis mobilised a local consultant who undertook a site review, interviews with employees and local political figures within 72 hours. Just 5 days after engagement our report was presented to the board, enabling them to effectively negotiate and secure a competitive asset price.
